Energy efficiency: key strategy in EPA Clean Power Plan Rule
The newly released EPA Clean Power Plan limits power plant emissions of CO2 and encourages energy efficiency efforts. This is confirmed in EPA economic analysis, which shows energy efficiency as a key element in efforts to keep the cost of today’s rule down."
